Rules and policies
Tow vehicle must have a 7 pin trailer connector and be rated to tow approximately 3000 pounds. Wireless brake controller included for compatible vehicles. With Peace & Love No smoking inside the trailer. Please return the trailer in the same general condition it was received. Guests are responsible for proper hitch connection and safe towing practices. Delivery available within San Diego County if preferred.
WE LOVE ANIMALS BUT PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
🐾🐾🐾 PET POLICY & RULES🐾🐾🐾:
• Pre-Approval Required: All pets must be disclosed at booking.
• Unattended Pets: Pets may not be left unattended inside the RV at any time unless securely and humanely crated. None the less this is highly discouraged unless you temperature control the RV before leaving.
• Furniture: Pets are strictly prohibited on beds, mattresses, and upholstered seating. Please bring your own pet beds/blankets.
• Violations & Penalties: Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in an immediate $250 penalty deducted from the security deposit.
• Any heavy pet odors, urine stains, or excessive hair requiring professional detailing will result in an immediate $250 penalty deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellation Policies
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund if your trip is more than 7 days away, or cancel within 1 hour if your trip is 7 days away or less.
Cancel more than 30 days before your trip begins: Full refund of the nightly rental amount.
Cancel 30 or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the nightly rental amount is refundable (you pay 50%).
Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip begins: The nightly rental amount is not refundable.
What’s always refundable: Add-ons, delivery fees, prep fees, protection packages, and their associated taxes are always 100% refundable regardless of when you cancel.
What’s not refundable: Service fees and their associated taxes are not refundable.
Note: If you still owe some toward the nightly rental amount at the time of cancellation, you’ll need to pay the remainder.
