Delivery and setup service only; this RV is not available for guest towing. Please treat the RV with care so it remains clean and comfortable for every guest. With peace & love, no smoking or vaping inside the RV. A minimum $500 cleaning fee applies if violated. No roof access. Return the RV in reasonable condition. Optional experience packages are available to enhance your stay. We’re here to help make your trip smooth and memorable.

- Pre-Approval Required: All pets must be disclosed at booking. The “Pet Fee” add-on must be selected at checkout.
- Unattended Pets: Pets may not be left unattended inside the RV at any time unless securely and humanely crated. None the less this is highly discouraged unless you temperature control the RV before leaving.
- Furniture: Pets are strictly prohibited on beds, mattresses, and upholstered seating. Please bring your own pet beds/blankets.
- Violations & Penalties: Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in an immediate $250 penalty deducted from the security deposit.
- Any heavy pet odors, urine stains, or excessive hair requiring professional detailing will result in an immediate $550 penalty deducted from the security deposit. Why $550? Because that is the cost to fully detail the RV.

Cancellation Policies
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund if your trip is more than 7 days away, or cancel within 1 hour if your trip is 7 days away or less.
- Cancel more than 30 days before your trip begins: Full refund of the nightly rental amount.
- Cancel 30 or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the nightly rental amount is refundable (you pay 50%).
- Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip begins: The nightly rental amount is not refundable.
- What’s always refundable: Add-ons, delivery fees, prep fees, protection packages, and their associated taxes are always 100% refundable regardless of when you cancel.
- What’s not refundable: Service fees and their associated taxes are not refundable.
Note: If you still owe some toward the nightly rental amount at the time of cancellation, you’ll need to pay the remainder.

What are Experience Packages?

Experience Packages are optional upgrades that enhance your stay, such as Starlink internet, firewood bundles, beverage welcome packages, outdoor setup enhancements, and provisioning services. These are separate from standard Outdoorsy rental and delivery fees and can be added before your trip to customize your Basecamp experience.

Do I need to tow the RV?

No. We deliver the RV directly to your campsite, fully set up and ready when you arrive. Pickup is handled after your stay.

A.
Delivery includes leveling, stabilization, and connecting utilities when hookups are available so your campsite is ready when you arrive.

What should I bring?
A.
We provide kitchen essentials, cookware, cleaning supplies, outdoor chairs, and starter toiletries. You only need personal items, food, and bedding preferences if desired. Experience Packages are available if you’d like items such as firewood, Starlink internet, beverages, or provisioning prepared and waiting when you arrive.
